I am always hesitant to purchase diet supplements. I have tried a few. Some don’t work, some make me feel strange and still do nothing. I just started Resetia and I feel great. It has a lot of the ingredients I already take separately, which saves me money. I have only been using it for a few days, but I have lost a few pounds with no change in diet. The best thing: I didn’t gain weight back over the holidays when I was less than careful about what I ate. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Took the capsules as prescribed. Tried to eat healthier and I saw no change in weight. Maybe it works for others but not for me. Tried to look up the information about the capsules but there is none to be found.
